Session Description

The session is about closing the circle between global advocacy and regional and national movements. Using examples from NSWP and INPUD and regional perspective from LANPUD and national perspective from KESWA, and a donor perspective from the Global Fund, the aim is for participants to re-define the paradigm and close the circle between global advocacy and regional and national movements.

The session will be conducted with presentations, and breakout groups for discussion and feedback. Expect music, film and community engagement during this interactive session!

4. Global Advocacy from the perspectives of NSWP and sex workers by Ruth Morgan Thomas, Global Network of Sex Work Projects (NSWP)

5. National Advocacy from the perspectives of KESWA and sex workers by Phelister Abdalla, Kenya Sex Workers Alliance (KESWA)
