KEY POPULATIONS COMMUNITIES LEADING THE GLOBAL HIV RESPONSE: CELEBRATING THE CHANGE WE MAKE
Bridging the Gaps is an alliance of nine international organisations and global key population networks, and more than 90 local and regional partners in 15 countries supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 2011, we have worked towards the end of AIDS and for the health and rights of key populations. Bridging the Gaps demonstrates that the most effective way to counter the AIDS epidemic is through meaningful involvement of key population communities at all levels of the response. This exhibition highlights some of the successes and lessons learnt in 10 years through photos of community activists, advocates, healthcare workers and peer educators. The results of 10 years of community empowerment and community leadership is central to these success stories.
